Welcome to the registration page for the festival!
When you register here for GLOW Festival 2019 you will automatically become a member of the GLOW Festival Fellowship. This is in order to comply with Swedish regulations for hosting private events such as this smal and exclusive festival. Hence you will need to fill this form out fully in order to qualify as a member and be registered for the festival.
Cost for the festival is 600 Skr per member. This is to cover our expenses to set up this event. We also offer an optional “full board” food package (at 300 Skr) which you can select here below in the form and pay for at the same time as you pay your ticket. The food served will be simple but tasty and will include both non-vegetarian and vegetarian alternatives at all meals. Please make sure to check the checkbox in the form below properly if you wish to include this service. Also please note that no specialised food request can be catered for, since we don’t have the resources for that.
After registering via this form you will receive an email with further instructions on how to pay. Only after we have received your payment are you actually fully registered. As GLOW Festival is a exclusively limited festival there are only 100 tickets available so please make sure you pay a.s.a.p after having registered here below to secure your ticket to the event.
Also please note that these tickets are personal and not refundable. If you for any reason can’t attend and wish to transfer your ticket to someone else you have to contact us first before doing so. Also note that if you are late (after 20:00 on Friday) you will have forfeited your ticket and be denied entry with no refund. We need to be very clear about this since it’s imperative that everyone is on board from the start for this deep and delicate group journey to be possible.
